Shipping Methods

Your package can be sent through a transport company hired by fluidotermico.com (the costs are added to the purchase price in the ordering process) or you can select Exworks and receive the delivery at our warehouse.

Place of delivery

Items are delivered by default in the delivery address specified by the customer in the order form. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, the customer must indicate it on the order form and the package is delivered to the delivery address specified.

Absence in the delivery time

In this case the carrier is free to leave a note in the box indicating that they have gone but have not found anyone at home, in which case the client must contact the shipping agency to resume shipping. It is likely that the agency does not leave any notice or it is lost, in which case the customer can obtain information on monitoring delivery of the carrier's website or by contacting the Customer Service of fluidotermico.com

Late delivery

It is possible that the package does not arrive on time guaranteed by the carriers. If the delay is very exaggerated, the customer can contact fluidotermico.com to open an investigation on the location of the package.

Package Receiving

In order to deliver an order is imperative that the customer signs the delivery note.
We encourage our customers to receive the package prove that everything is correct and it is in apparent good condition, otherwise it shall indicate to the transport agency on the spot and indicate on the delivery receipt or not to accept the package.
If the client did not issue any reservations, considering the order as delivered in good condition and you can not make any claims to fluidotermico.com

We recall that if you wish to retain the right to appeal against the carrier, the carrier must make your complaint in writing within 7 days (holidays excluded) following the day of delivery by certified mail, return receipt requested.

Strikes or force majeure

In case of strike, the carrier or any other event source that slows or prevents exceptional package delivery, fluidotermico.com will implement all the media to inform the customer about the shipping status of your package.
